I have no idea if Shawn will be there (the only ones I've heard for sure are Milla Jovovich, Paul W.S. Anderson, and Mika Nakashima), but can't hurt right?
Live stream should get underway in about 14 hours.

FanExpo Interview with Shawn
Sep. 2nd, 2012 10:27 amopen-the-blinds.livejournal.comAs we know, FanExpo is underway in Canada (it's basically their version of San Diego Comic Con) and, also as we know, the cast and crew of A Little Bit Zombie was scheduled to be on hand for a meet and greet with fans.
I've been hard at work trying to find the goods, 'cause really, there has to be something... and S-R.net has come through! They've found this nice little interview of Shawn conducted at FanExpo. Covers everything from ALBZ to RE:R to what video game currently has Shawn's goat.

Shawn Rumored for "Somebody Else" Role

"A young ex-con breaks parole to hitch west to be with her lover. But when she catches a ride with a rich, party girl and a young hustler, she becomes entangled in the hustler's plot. She winds up trapped in a police interrogation room impersonating the now-dead rich girl."
The rest of the cast (the whole two of them) is also rumored, so I wouldn't get my hopes until more details are released. (IMDB is the new Wikipedia. Any user can edit it, take all news with a grain of salt unless it's backed up elsewhere.)

Returning as the film’s larger-than-life villain, Umbrella Corporation chairman Albert Wesker, is Shawn Roberts. Virtually indestructible as a result of being infected with the T-virus, Wesker seems to be evil incarnate. “Wesker is probably the biggest villain from the games and definitely a fan favorite,” says [Paul W.S.] Anderson. “We blew him up with an atom bomb in the last movie, but even that was not enough to keep him down.”

A Little Bit Zombie DVD News

Meanwhile, in the U.S. fans will have to wait a while longer to own it - no official release date has been announced for us yet besides "soon" - but, it is apparently available on Video on Demand.

'The Music Teacher' BTS Videos

Also, The Cast on Being in a Musical. (:35, and fun fact - it's not him singing. I guessed as much, after watching the film, but still *frowny face.* Lol.)
Last, but certainly not least, Shawn by himself talking about what he liked about his role and about what message he hopes the audience takes from the movie.

The Listener Airdate Changed

The airdate for Shawn's episode of Canada's "The Listener" has changed. Now, I've seen a couple different replacement airdates, but I'm inclined to believe the one listed on TV.com. (Mainly because IMDB's listing is a mess: seriously, they've got two episodes airing the same night, episodes out of order...)
You should now, for all Canadian viewers, be able to see it on Wednesday, August 8th. The rest of us will have to check it out on the official site.

"What happens when a mosquito takes a nibble out of a shambling fleshbag? What if a human victim of the ensuing undead insect bite retained his humanity whilst losing his pulse? These are two of the many novel spins on gut-munching lore that first time feature screenwriters Trevor Martin and Christopher Bond have contemplated, and while the humorous scenarios occasionally strain credibility, there’s little denying the high spirited approach. Two young white-bread couples (affianced Kristopher Turner and Crystal Lowe, already hitched Shawn Roberts and Kristen Hager) retreat to a wooded cabin for some pre-wedding R&R, a vacation that takes a wicked turn after one quarter of their party starts salivating for gray matter. At the same time, zombie hunters Emilie Ullerup and Stephen McHattie patrol the countryside looking for brainpans to air out. Director Walker and his likeable ensemble (save for Lowe’s by-design love-to-hate-her ballbusting Guidette) energetically trade zingers and physical comedy bits – some work, some don’t, but there’s rarely a dull moment to be found."
Last but not least, perhaps the best moment was this (and explains the laughter/shocked expressions in the second pic):
"...I think it’s safe to say that [Stephen] McHattie is one likeable but undeniably quirky dude, along the lines of Michael Rooker (those who have met the Slither/Walking Dead star know what I’m talking about). For example, during the post-screening chat with director Casey Walker and cast, the question came up as to how each of them became involved in the production. The assembled actors dutifully gave a brief recap of how they became aware of the script and came aboard…until the mike was passed to McHattie, who proceeded to give the audience a three-minute reading from one of the saucier bits of Fifty Shades of Grey from his Kindle, then handed it back with a satisfied smirk."
